AI enhancing decisions by finding the best mix of People

AI is the water cooler topic of the year and decision making is just one of the areas it can be used. How far into your decision making do you want AI to come? Will you let it chose who you should date? Your company's next acquisition. At Wizer we are using AI but to help us take a human-centric approach to decision making. Our AI technology is designed not to make decisions, but to enhance them by ensuring the right people are at the table for each decision.

AI is the water cooler topic of the year, sparking debates and discussions in every corner of the business world. Decision-making is just one area where AI can play a role, but how far should its influence extend? Would you trust AI to choose your next date, or perhaps more critically, your company's next acquisition? At Wizer we are using AI but to help us take a human-centric approach to decision making. Our AI technology is designed not to make decisions, but to enhance them by ensuring the right people are at the table for each decision. This strategic use of AI underscores our belief that human qualities such as imagination, intuition, and character are irreplaceable in solving significant challenges. Wizer’s AI operates by evaluating a comprehensive array of factors—expertise, diversity of experience, and thought processes—to assemble what we call a "wise panel." This panel isn't just a group of decision-makers; it's a carefully curated team equipped to bring a balanced perspective to the table, ensuring that every decision is as informed and well-rounded as possible. We know that wise crowd effects start to arise with as few as six people but you need the right mix. We know you don't need a lot of people just the "right" people for each decision. One of the standout features of our technology is the AI-driven indicator that evaluates the strength of your panel. This tool doesn't just passively suggest members; it actively assesses the collective capability of the assembled group to address the specific issue at hand.

Wizer shows you the strength of your decision making panel. This changes for each decision. Wizer’s AI looks at trends in companies. For example there may be only a small amount of people involved in decision. Wizer helps organisation understand the talent withing their walls. Wizer's AI is able to make recommendations as to who should be involved in each decision.

Wizer's recommendation engine searches for the best combination of people for each decision. Wizer’s AI recommendations are about empowering organizations to tap into their full potential. By identifying the right mix of skills and experiences for each decision, our AI helps foster environments where innovative solutions thrive.

This approach not only improves outcomes but also reinforces the importance of human input, ensuring that AI complements rather than replaces the nuanced judgement that only people can provide. At Wizer, we believe in the power of human-driven decisions assisted by AI, not dictated by it. Our technology is a tool for enhancement, not replacement, championing the synergy between human ingenuity and artificial intelligence to tackle today’s most pressing problems.
